Not Surprising ! The new Resorts World seems to be doing very well. They also have been featuring some great entertainers. Clint Black and Paul Anka as of recent. The Catskills have not seen that caliber of entertainment since the old Concord days. The Water Park should be open adjacent to the resort this summer. There is also a huge project " Lego Land " that is in the process of being built about a half hour south of Monticello in Goshen off Route 17 that will bring lots of traffic to the area.
