Rick @ All Chips asked me to post this chip

I was going thru the ones that he sent me and there was a batch of 5 that were rubber band together and I was just looking at one of the chips and saw this like sticker on it

Is this suppose to be like this - I asked Rick and he said he not seen this before - Was this something done at Factory

It feels like a sticker as there is a very slight edge around the sticker -- I think is says Sting 3 -- was this the third chip of the series and someone just labeled it that way

Just curious and Rick to not take the sticker off till I ask the question on this board
