I had someone not too long ago never pay after making a promise to do so and then after reading feedback, I noticed that he stiffed at least a dozen people in the past month.

Even after filing with Ebay they did nothing to him and he keeps doing the same to others.

because of the ridiculous policy of Ebay not allowing sellers to leave Neg or even neutral feedback for buyers, the only way to even waen anyone is to post positive feedback and then state he is a deadbeat.

He STILL has 100% positive feedback after too many non pays to count....... Yet Ebay lets this bidder continue to do it !!!!
