The casino probably has no desire to mess with something like that. Once it's closed they are gone. They don't care about collectors. In the last few years, Jim at The Chip Room in Michigan has made several purchases of obsolete racks. He then sells them by auction. He has put a lot of chips back into the hobby that would have been destroyed.
