I would not clean it. Pcgs would do the restoring. I don’t want it to look new. All I would like is the black line across the cheek removed. Pcgs would inspect the coin. If it can’t be properly restored they wouldn’t do it. I’m not looking for the coin to be a better grade. I just want it to look like a decent example of a coin of the grade it is currently rated (xf45). The coin is already in a pcgs slab
