A before and after on that high grade half dollar would not be the same on the Morgan dollar you show. Your dollar is not uncirculated, not even close. I feel it would look worse if it was cleaned. At least it would look very unnatural. Restoring cannot eliminate scratches or replace original luster..... Don't clean coins!
