Since I had not been active for a couple of years, I have found that the prices of chips have significantly changed.
The new Chip Rack (2019) is quite helpful in putting things in categories but can be tricky with some true selling prices.

I have been putting together chips for the convention, mostly "traders", some gifts for auction next year, and few sellers as I have no tables.

I cannot find recent sales of the better ones in this Binion set or the Commercial Hotel chips.

Would like some help in value. And, will not hold you (adviser) accountable if wrong

The Binions are either Unc. or AU, the commercial is Excellent with little use and stands without problems.
