If you are leaving tomorrow, I will try to give you some tips as I have been there many times, first when practicing medeicine I used to go and take care of patinets for free and take medications from the US to Cuba. After getting sick used to go to get chips, memorabilia, and info from the older people and libraries. So, I got to know the real Cuba and visit all the historic gaming places.

For now, my recomendation is Do Not Buy chips there. There have been no new findings of any chips for years. The "Chip sellers", not necessarily the 2-3 real collectors there, are buying Cubans chips from many of us to re-sell to tourists there. The rest of the chips are basically FAKE!

So, you can buy Cuban chips on eBay a lot cheaper than there and anything you have not seen on ebay is very likely Fake. Trust me on that!
