Steve the highway patrol are revenue agents .... and they are strictly go after out of state plates be very wary ..... if you’re going up to Santa Fe .... stop in Las Vegas New Mexico they got a great train station and a good museum .... from there you can go into Colorado Springs ....take care and have fun
