Can these still be cashed? The 2 in holders are in better shape. Might be a good collectible? The one not in holder looks like it has seen play....should be cashed in (if possible)

I don’t really like to sell, but I am amassing way too many chips (and spending way too much money) I need to start letting other people enjoy the chips that are not in my collecting interests. I do believe I have a chip hoarding problem. Even when I have multiples of a chip...I almost never sell. This was never to be a “business” to me, but a hobby. I will start posting chips in the near future. Most I don’t know what the value are, but just expecting to get fair offers.
