Harrah's NorCal - this the one in Ione?

Me want-um one buck, two or two-fifty buck, and five buck chips, grand opening chip if appear. Me pay with good wampum. Me even drop phony Indian palaver to say, Please.

Otherwise - eventually I'll pay a visit to Ione. Then this paleface be selling YOU chips.

Not sure because...
Maybe They Can Name the NoCal City After You?
Ione is famed for its quarries and clay mines
