see: EBay is collecting state sales taxes on anything sent to South Dakota, Iowa, Minnesota and Washington as of this date. I don't personally sell over $100,000 in those places but I think the correct interpretation is that eBay DOES. The sales tax is, I believe, automatically calculated onto the final sales price. Still to be determined - am I responsible for the yearly tax reporting, or is that something that eBay will do?
