I think your Hard Rock theory is wrong. The best way to display the evolution of that casino is through the history of the hundred's of LE'S they have issued. Surely someone has a set of Hard Rock chips they intend to keep. If you could use someones chips who has no intention of cashing them wouldn't that make the best display?
