Like there might be a shadow casted by the photographer. The red $5 chips on left look darker(from shadow). The chips in the middle are more than likely $25’s. Doesn’t make sense to only have the 1 (showing). All the edge marks seem orange...which match the $25.
Just an opinion.

I did get these couple of Bud Jones Playboy (outer rings) when I got all the other Bud Jones stuff.
The Black has 3 bunnies like the Bahama chips, but also has the triangular area(in pink) like the Atlantic City stuff? (Marina $20 example)
