I would keep the set together like you would
with any other set in a presentation box. The
silver in the center looks like the very common
God Bless America strike / .999 silver / minted
by Global Minting (G). These sets were given out
to VIP's and high rollers as a perk. Sometimes I
have seen these sets in presentation boxes also
in the gift shops ....
