because of its size, we cannot arrange shipping as we do with all other prize packages.

SO, I had planned on having 6 prize packages before this donation each valued between $400-$600.
This donation will create a 7th prize package and I will add several hundred $'s of other stuff to the package to bring it in line with the other prizes.

I will draw for 6 prizes first and we will ship those to anyone who is not in attendance at the convention.
Those that are attending can choose whatever package they wish as always.

If someone chooses the TV package within the first 6 picks then we will offer the 7th bag with no restrictions.
Anyone not in attendance that has their name drawn for the first 6 will get one of the packages that will be mailed to them.

However if the only prize package left after the first 6 are drawn is the one with the TV, then the following will happen.

I will draw a name for the 7th package. If that person is not in attendance then we will ship the other misc items in that package and redraw for the TV alone. We will continue to draw names until we find someone in attendance or local that can take possession of the TV or arrange for it to be picked up.

I don't think it will become an issue, but i wanted everyone to be aware of the special restrictions on this donation.
