Your chip is nice but unfortunately obsolete.
The original Riu Plalace casino has been close for some time. The Hotel/all inclusive was substantially renovated and at least 2 more Riu have opened in the same region.

The more modern, and believe largest of them, the Riu Palace Macao advertised a casino, but in fact is a casino close to the hotel, not in it. Is called "Casino Diamante", one of several in the DR. I do not know which chips they use there but would be shocked if they used the Riu chip.

I never went to this resort and if you were not registered you could not go into the casino. So, of these relatively common chips, based on the number of people that vacationed there, I am still missing three denominations including this 100.
