A couple of questions: Why Waco? Have you ever been there? I’ve lived in Texas for 45 years and I’ve never been. I don’t think it has a lot going on. Why wouldn’t you shoot for Austin or San Antonio?

Also, why on a Sunday? Isn’t that when most people are leaving to head back home? If this is a local meetup, wouldn’t a Saturday work better, giving people the option to stay overnight if they want?

Just curious. I’ve never planned one of these so I’m not sure what goes into some of the decisions.
