I can’t say that these chips were not used at the Weeping Willow Card Room. I am not old enough to have ever visited or played there. I have been told by a number of “Season’d” California collectors that they were used there. I don’t dispute that....I am only saying they were sent here first...

Otto Heintz... a little history
1961..........Limelight restaurant (a Sacramento Cardroom)
1962-66 .....505 Club
1967-75 Golden Mug Card Room

The Riolo Guys....owned the play while Otto ran the cards...I believe? Otto was never listed as an owner.
The O &F chips were ordered while Otto worked at the Golden Mug. Not sure if they were used there or who “F” is.
I will check more into it...
It seems that every time they list his wife, her name it different.
