it has always amazed me for the 20 some years I have been collecting casino chips, how certain individuals put values on chips. And it seems in many cases the people who get a lot of these chips directly from the casinos in most cases are the persons who fare out with the monies acquired from sales, And when others decide to sell their collections, they never get any where near close to what they paid for a lot of their chips. I truly never started collecting chips for an investment, but is nice to get back out what one has put in. No profits, just what I paid. Getting much older now, and I realize the original collectors who acquire a lot of chips from the casinos , are the ones making out and yes profiting . Just venting a little, not trying to step on anyones toes, but in all the years of collecting, this is how I vision the collecting process. Ron
