These decks are USPCC date coded "Z". They are either 1979 or 1999. I'm thinking 1979. These decks, while opened, show no evidence of having been used. They are not cancelled. The cellophane remains on the bottom of the decks. There is no writing on the tuck flap and include both jokers.
