appreciate this one. I received three chips in a regular size envelope with one stamp on it in my mail box. I did not receive another chip deemed delivered sent in a bubble mailer with a tracking number. And yes they can GPS the package but they said it maybe was delivered to the left or right of my home. We do talk to neighbors around here and still no package to be found. Third time this year. From now on will be using the P O Box. lets see how they can explain loosing the package in their own building.
