You ask a lot of good questions, and I'm not sure anyone has all of the circles molds identified. I have the Elks chip you show and it appears to be green chip I've indicated. No circles on the rim and a rounded edge..
Your monarch chip seems to be the other one I indicate. There might even be other monarch variations. As you can see there are a lot of variations in these manufacturing styles but, that's just the kind of stuff I look for.
