And name your files!

Much of our "stuff" is organized, but I have literally thousands of scans on the computer that aren't properly named...then I rescan stuff, because I can't find the scan I'm looking for. Then I have two or three or twelve scans of the same item, and I'm not sure if I have multiple scans or multiple items! It's kind of pathetic....
