yes - or at least you can do 50 at a time with this method:

My Ebay> Selling
go into Seller Hub > All Listings >
click on the Actions check box at left; it will highlight all items
click Actions drop down menu at upper end of page, click End

You may want to sort by date to make sure you end the right listings
