Not as bad as your situation but i got a letter a few days ago saying that I used an out of preferred group pharmacy and instead of paying $20 co-pay I would have only paid $2. I was confused because this is a new drug plan since I switched to a supplemental plan this year so I needed a separate drug plan. I called Aetna and was told that Walmart would no longer be a preferred provider after April 1. I know they were approved before because I had asked before signing up for the plan so why did I have to pay the extra if it is good until April. I got no answer. Not a huge deal but now I have to go to Kroger's instead whenever I need a refill.
