I don't agree

In this case the seller tried to ship chips at a lower cost than the parcel rate. This would only benefit the buyer, not the seller. It didn't work out. So you feel that the seller should absorb the difference and pay the higher cost to ship the chips. The seller should be punished for trying to save the buyer some money. If I were the seller that would tell me to never try to save the buyer any money on shipping.
