Evidently released earlier this month, the Excalibur is now offering the WIN CARDS Program with 6, 5 NCV chips, replacing the previous 15, 1 NCV chips. Sign-up requires a valid M-Life card and they track your number allowing 1 time per year acquisition of a WIN CARDS package.

Note also, the actual WIN CARDS cards are generic. In previous implementations of the Program, the cards were customized to include the casino name at the bottom of the cards and the dial pointer was a sword.
