did you read jerry's post? what choice does the buyer have? pay more or no sale! does not sound like much of a freedom of choice to me.

and the post office raised rates just to kill off the chip hobby??? i don't think it's chips, it's the billions usps loses every year that was the catalyst for increased rates.
