I’ve had poor results mailing in other than padded envolopes with tracking. It’s been close to two weeks since I sent a chip packed in cardboard in a regular envelope from the Boston area to southern New Hampshire. Never got there and obviously I’m not going to ask the purchaser to pay for the second chip. I agree that I would live up to my offer and take the hit.
