.........because it was a "Parcel" according to them regardless of weight and size and thickness. - but they said I could take a chance on less postage and it might go thru or addressee might have to pay Post Due. That is when I took them to the 2nd P.O. and just threw them in the mail slot without asking any questions - hoping they would go thru but they ALL got returned.
