I am guessing that the first one is from England with 5 p. representing 5 pence, but I can not find anything in the Chip Guide.
Is it "FJ"?

This is not the type I collect ( only Belgium by the way) but I think you are right about England. You are not seeing FJ but the symbol for pound £ so that leaves you with a J chip.
Five pence is around 10 cents $. Happy searching on the interweb. Jo
