Since I have bought about $800 in unused stamps at estate sales I just weigh my letter/package and put on the correct postage (as I see correct ) and put it in my mailbox. That way I never have to deal with the idiots at the post office. (Sorry about the idiots comment but one time I talked to the local postmaster about postage rates and she did not even know what the correct postage rates were!!)
