Jim, I have been having problems with ebay on printing labels. I chose to print a shipping label but it did not print, so I tried to print three different times , but it didn`t print , but it charged my paypal account for the 3 labels, talked to 3 different ebay reps and finally was refunded for two and for the one I needed ebay had to send a label to my email. Just couldn`t print from ebay. also on another item I sold, I chose my normal label first class mailing, and it printed it , so I mailed the item, I didn`t realize that the charge for the label was 12.05 instead of 3.50. Contacted ebay again, with a battle that they said I chose the wrong shipping method, and not true. They checked my auction and verified it was for first class shipping, but I had to wait until my monthly invoice from ebay to be reimbursed the difference of 8.65. Finally ebay admitted they were having problems with the printing of labels. This was two weeks ago. I have not since then tried to print a shipping label.
