No way to really track them down. I have been researching newspaper articles of Chinese gambling raids and trying to look for new chip orders to find possible connections by dates. Chips get taken in a raid and they need to order new chips. Very very slow process and I keep putting it on the back burner of my “30 burner” stove.
More than 1/2 of the cards.....I have never seen a chip from.
