Torrey, we are in the bread basket of Ca. Just north east of Fresno about 30 minutes. All the wood we want and can burn from the Sierra Mountains. The state is removing the dead trees and they make piles of them weekly for anyone who wants the wood. Most everyone has chain saws and burns up here.

Here is what I did over the last year with some of the wood. Converted a family room into a saloon. I did have to pay a guy to mill the logs to the specs I wanted. Costs me roughly $700 for all the wood in the room. His milling charge. I did all the installing and building.
