tried 4 times to print a shipping label and wouldn`t print , but charged my paypal for 4 labels , called ebay and they refunded three charges and had to send label via my email. couldn`t do it from ebay site. Also, another auction ended, chose to ship first class mail t 3.50, printed a label and charged me 12.05. called ebay, would not refund 8.65 at that time said I chose to ship at a higher rate and said that I put in a certain weight, NOTTT, any how took 3 weeks to get a refund, subtracted from my monthly invoice, not an actual refund like the first transaction. three different reps from ebay said they were having problems and were trying to straighten things out.
