Yes - I think choosing Variable Shipping Rates on
In Response To: Ebay allows variable shipping rates ()

eBay is the answer. More importantly, this should be revealed in the auction description - "Buyer will be charged the 4 ounce (or whatever) rate which varies depending upon distance to be sent."
