Choosing a shipping price without knowing where the package will be going is going to be an interesting debate for sellers. I'm guessing $3.50 (about halfway between the cheapest and most expensive) will be pretty close to the norm. And some probably will offer free shipping and just raise the opening bid price by a few bucks.
