Offended and a little shocked that you feel the need to use an excuse such as racism to explain why someone is upset with you over a bad dealing.

From what I know you made a trade with another person.

That person never received thier chips.

In my opinion, as well as most other chippers, it's your responsibility to make things right.

Maybe the chips got lost in the mail, maybe someone at the post office stole them, maybe they got delivered to the wrong address.

Whatever happened, one party didn't get what he was expecting.

A successful trade only happens when both parties are happy with the outcome. In this case one party is clearly not.

So, here is a bit of advice and coming from another Jew who's grandmother was born in Isreal, you can't call ME an anti Semite.

Reputation goes a LONG way in this hobby. Once you get a refutation as someone who has done someone else wrong, your future in trading doesn't go well.

It's completely up to you how you handle it but just expect the consequences if you decide not to make things right and continue to attack those who feel you have wronged them.
