My answer is " What someone is willing to pay you for it".

The last time I looked, the club Library had 4 copies. If I was so inclined to ever need one, I would just borrow a copy from our excellent Library for shipping cost. I have borrowed several books since becoming a club member, and since you can ship at " Library / Media rate " what a deal.
