Gaming Table, 5th Edition has the following entries for HAM:

HAM (The Smoke House) Bisbee Ca, HUB, Shipped to Howard Parkinson in 1947

HAM / (Denomination) 2025 South 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ - shipped to the same person, same year.

Note that the first listing does NOT indicate a denomination on the reverse, while the 2nd listing does.

But seeing as how they were shipped to the same person, both chips COULD have been used at both locations.

As another aside - there IS a Bisbee Arizona that is a LOT closer to Tucson AZ then Bisbee California is, so perhaps there is a typo in the Gaming Table.
