I first heard the duck fable in the 60s and it's still not true today. Sorry. grin
https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/ducking-the-question/

A quack, like any other sound, will echo.

From the man himself: (unless there's some kind of conspiracy and he's just denying it all?) vbg

[Question] There is a rumor that there is a Superman reference in every episode of Seinfeld. Can you confirm or deny this and who's idea was it to put the references in the show?

[Jerry] I can deny it categorically. You can't count seeing the little Superman model on the bookshelf as a Superman reference. I would say there are maybe 10 Superman references out of a whole 180 or so episodes, so that's a long way from all of them.

Oops, another one (nothing personal I enjoy reading these as much as the next person, I'm just skeptical by nature) ...the percentage of people who have never made or received a telephone call will be about 6.5-7% of the world population. https://www.quora.com/What-percentage-of-people-in-the-world-have-never-made-or-received-a-telephone-call

Let me add these minor facts, because I think they have finally been put to rest? Elvis would be 83, so not impossible? Tesla on the other hand, is not in hiding, he was born in 1856. And last, overtime... Grand Duchess Anastasia was born in 1901, those rumors can be put to rest now. rofl

1) 41 states in the US have legal slot machines. (2016)
2) Machines are not hot or cold, they have random number generators that are running so fast, no one can predict when they will hit. Also machines don't "want to pay, because no one has won."
3) BF Skinner was right, periodic rewards will product a stronger conditioning than consistent rewards.
4) The reels have nothing to do with the outcome, in fact a close miss on the reels is just a way to entice the player who thinks, they almost hit a win.
5) In Nevada, the casino can only change the percentage by ordering the new percentage chip, swapping chips, and filing the appropriate paperwork with the state. There's no hidden reset system.
6) The hold percentage averages for the Las Vegas Strip are 11% for nickels, 6.5% for Quarters, 4.5% for dollars, and 3.5% for five dollars and above.

Wow, I can play a dollar machine that pays back about 96.5% put in $100 and get back nothing. I assume someone else will put in $3 and get back $100 which means, the machine just paid back around 97% right? sad See #3, it's not going to be 96.5% all day or any night, it's going to be 96.5% over years. As my Father used to say, you can go to a casino and put in $3 and they will give you back $2 and you'll feel like a winner. They will do that as long as you want to keep feeding the machine money. OK it's not that simple, but in the end, that's about how it works.
