If you dare to stick a few bucks in a slot machine, print out a ticket, and take it to the Cage, you should be able to get validated free parking. Note, you don't have to actually PLAY the stupid slot, just print out a TITO for your deposit and there you go. Until the Hotel figures that scam out.
