stop in at Quechan Casino down the road and pick up some of their new chips. It is just about impossible to convince the card dealers there that the casino actually has new chips! There are at least new 50¢ and $1 ones, maybe $5 ones as well by now.

Watch out for the Border Patrol, all over the area. And whatever you do, DO NOT explore where the road to Quechan goes after passing the casino parking lot. (As Hemingway once sorta said, "Do not ask for where the road goes. It goes to Mexico!")
