First photo tells us The Beachcomber which is located in 56 Seel Street, but The Babalou Club is way down further to the end of
Seel street (#2200 something).

Second photo is dated May 2007, the construction and renovation began, shows the Beachcomber at 56 Seel Street. Years of construction works in this building, as you can see the improvements show in Third photos.

Third photo shows the place has been rework with the iron fence of the basement apartments. The next photo shows the final phase.

The last photo was taken in July 2018 the latest - shows the apartment building - finish when the renovations and construction started
which show also the exact 56 Seel address with the entrance to the building.
