I've had this photo for a while but just realized it's the Jokereno Club on Center St in Reno.
What I haven't figured out is why the sign was altered to read KENO and the caption to read
KENO CLUB. It was only licensed for keno and slots so maybe they wanted to advertise their
main game. Back then I guess keno and bingo were the same game. The place was open for
less than a year and later became the Doghouse, the state's largest niteclub. I've filled in the
missing letters on the altered photo.
