Chip ID: rm and arrw chip

Officially referred to as “Arm in armour elbowed, hand throwing arrow”.

The ivory is probably from the late 1800s. The crest and seal is from 1924.

Is there a connection among the three pics below? Were both the ivory and c&s ordered by the same family (the family Cubit or Cubitt?)

It would be great if there was a newspaper article mentioning the family Cubit and gambling over a 50 year period.
