And without the $3.50 tracking service, you

cannot tell just where it is. I know one can sometimes mail chips or tokens for under a buck but I really prefer the tracking which proves where it is. Or isn't, as the case may be.

Bear in mind that this is one of the busiest weeks for the post office and lots of mail is simply moving quite slowly as Christmas Assistants struggle with sorting it. Unless the P. O. has changed since I was a young man and worked as a C. A.
