I have six variations of the embossed number 35 chip. A few may look the same but, they are not. Compare the shapes and size of the balls at the end of the curves, the flat and round bottoms of the number 5, the distance the center of the number 3 extends toward the curls at the top and bottom. Etc, etc. The devil is in the details. I'm guessing multiple makers over a great many years caused the variations.
